You have noticed, that Consultant and Customer speak differently. Most of the people could tell that. But only special tool like Intencheck are able to explain the differences and present it in numbers.
The Consultant’s speech has a lower “visual” rating than the chosen language norm, but has is very high kinesthetic and audio component. On the other hand, Customer uses mostly visual component. They simply don’t understand each other. If the Consultant would listen attentively, he might have a chance to sell his service to the Client.
